Mal Paso
Located in the prestigious Carmel Highlands, this home first began as a remodel, but soon turned into a custom home new build. Using the existing footprint, we created a complete redesign, increasing the square footage by building upwards, adding in a grand vaulted ceiling and the addition of a loft.
Since the family was looking to downsize, we aimed to design plenty of seamless storage and design elements to help the home feel spacious. The final outcome blends a cozy and organic feel with a sleek, contemporary design.
Castle House
Nestled in exclusive Carmel-by-the-Sea, the Castle House, an English Tudor Revival cottage, presented a unique challenge. Our mission was to rejuvenate its structure while preserving its historical essence. To accomplish this, we navigated the homeowners through the maze of regulations and policies of the historic review board and the county to ensure a smooth process.
We meticulously restored original woodwork, doors, windows, and beams, maintaining the home’s historic charm. The project included a fascinating discovery: a hidden hoop-skirt wooden framing in the two-story turret, revealing a piece of the past. There was so much more to learn about this mysterious home and we were thrilled to be a part of its restoration.
Lupin
Yet another dream transformation involved our client, a couple with young children, who dreamed of reimagining their second home in Carmel Valley into an effortless getaway retreat. The key to this transformation was the kitchen, which became the heart of the home with a massive island, repainted in a striking blue and topped with new Quartz countertops.

One of our most rewarding home renovations involved a Carmel legacy home’s transformation into a sprawling, contemporary vacation retreat. The transformation included a second-story addition with a 400-square-foot roof deck offering ocean views, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor area complete with a BBQ station, putting green, and bocce ball court.
The result? A luxurious, multi-generational haven that blends modern finishes with space for relaxation and entertainment. Now, the homeowners have ample opportunities to spend time together in this magnificent vacation home.
Tres Paraiso
This 9,900 sq. ft. home in the exclusive Teháma community is a marvel of modern luxury living. With three full kitchens, two outdoor kitchens, a game room, and a wine room, the custom-built home is designed for both grand entertaining and intimate family moments.
Our team worked closely with the homeowners to create their vision for a family-centric home. The game room, known as “The Bar,” features a full kitchen and dual 4K TVs, which we designed to vanish into custom cabinetry seamlessly. The hidden service pantry, with its ample storage and high-end appliances, emphasizes the home’s functionality and elegance.

Este Alomar — In Design
Nestled within the exclusive Teháma community and framed by the tranquil mountain views of Carmel Valley, the Este Alomar home is on its way to becoming a luxurious retreat. Our client approached us with a vision of a home filled with unique spaces for their family to enjoy.
The design includes top-of-the-line materials, ample space for entertaining, and special features like a customized media room, gym, and a stunning outdoor living area.
The renderings of this project left our clients in awe — perfectly capturing the essence of everyday luxury they desire.
Fraser — In Construction
This Carmel-by-the-Sea property, unique in its scale and footprint, is currently undergoing updates incorporating beautiful wood tones, black and white accents, and a striking floating staircase. Our team employs cutting-edge design tools to create a virtual, 3D walkthrough, allowing our clients to visualize and tweak the design before construction begins.
The goal is to create a sleek, low-maintenance space for the family to enjoy throughout the year, with the floating staircase serving as an architectural centerpiece. The original garage will also be converted into a family room, creating a kid-friendly space separate from the main living area.
Via Quintana — In Design
We are excited to share our progress of an impressive Carmel Valley custom home in the design phase. By seamlessly integrating visionary design with cutting-edge technology, we provide our clients with a distinctive experience. By utilizing the technology of Chief Architect, we've transformed abstract ideas into a tangible, immersive preview of their upcoming home.

Via La Gitana — In Design
In the heart of scenic Carmel Valley, we are embarking on an exciting journey with a captivating project known as the "Glass House." Currently, in the design phase, our objective is clear – to seamlessly blend the luxurious interiors with the breathtaking natural surroundings that define picturesque Carmel Valley.
Envisioned by our client, the key focus lies in incorporating extensive floor-to-ceiling glass modifications. This design choice is a testament to our commitment to bringing the outside in, creating a harmonious synergy between the interior spaces and the stunning landscape that surrounds this unique residence.
