A Home Built for Gathering
Three full kitchens plus two outdoor kitchens, a game room, a wine room, and multiple living areas make this home perfect for gatherings large and small. Whether the homeowners aim to throw lavish dinner parties or simply relax with loved ones by one of the many fireplaces, the newly built home was carefully constructed to offer the epitome of modern luxury living.
The Ultimate Game Room
The game room is one of the most cherished spaces in the home. Affectionately called “The Bar,” this area in the sprawling home exudes opulence and functionality. Designed for true football aficionados, the dual 4K TVs seamlessly vanish into custom cabinetry, ensuring an unparalleled viewing experience for this devoted game-loving family when not in use.
“The Bar” is more than just a haven for sports fans — it’s an oasis of relaxation and indulgence. The full kitchen invites you to create your game-day favorites with ease, while a convenient half bathroom ensures nothing takes you away from the action for too long. Through tri-folding windows, a seamless transition leads to the outdoor kitchen, affording the homeowners and their guests the pleasure of savoring the game alongside panoramic views of the putting green. This space epitomizes the harmonious fusion of luxury and comfort.
A Magnificent, Functional Chef’s Kitchen
The home’s main 450-square-foot kitchen became not only visually stunning but also the hub of the home where the owners gather with loved ones. Emphasis was placed on traffic flow to facilitate large family gatherings wherein their children and grandchildren could work and mingle comfortably within the space. Keeping this in mind, every detail was considered when we drew up the initial design plans and renderings for the kitchen.
The functional chef’s kitchen was designed with an Officine Gullo range in a beautiful red color – the homeowner’s favorite. Shipped from Florence and coming in at seven feet wide, the range needed to be placed carefully before the double kitchen islands were installed. Furthering the polished look of the kitchen was cabinetry in character grade walnut and quartzite leathered Taj Mahal countertops. A beautiful arabesque pattern limestone backsplash complements the entire look.
The Hidden Service Pantry Door
Another unique feature of the kitchen is the hidden service pantry door that keeps appliances, cooking equipment, utensils, and serveware out of sight. Including ample storage, a sink, double dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, a warming drawer, and a Miele espresso machine, the service pantry is made for hosting large, catered events and parties.
Open shelving with library lighting, fine wire mesh door inserts to showcase china, and open baskets for root vegetables were also incorporated by our team as important design elements. The hidden service pantry is a functional and exquisite space that perfectly complements the grandeur of the overall home.
